By accessing PriceBreak (the "Site") or purchasing any product you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclaimer.

2. Products and licence

Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the purchased digital content for your own educational use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, publicly display or create derivative works from the content. Download links are personal and monitored; sharing your account or files may result in termination without refund.

3. Payments

Prices are shown in INR and charged once at checkout via Stripe. We do not store your card details. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

4. Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. To request a refund within the guarantee period, contact support@example.com from the email used at purchase. Access to the content is revoked once a refund is issued.

5. Educational purpose; no advice

All content is educational. We are not a financial adviser and nothing on the Site is a recommendation to trade. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and results. See the Risk Disclaimer.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriceBreak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Site or its content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
